Una coppa che ricorda tanto l’originale #coppamalù, ma in versione #fit, super gustosa e facilissima da preparare. * Ecco la ricetta ⤵️ * INGREDIENTI: 45gr muesli lowcarb nu3_it 1 caco (130gr) 10gr cacao crudo criollo nu3_it 20ml latte zymil 30gr ricotta light scaglie di cioccolato extra fondente q.b. * PROCEDIMENTO: 1. Lava il caco, taglialo a metà e con l’aiuto di un cucchiaino svuotalo dalla polpa, mettilo in uno ciotolina e frullalo insieme al cacao. 2. To get the perfect boiled eggs I boil my water then turn down to a simmer and pop the eggs in carefully and leave in there for 5 minutes. Gorgonzola, Pumpkin and Cime di Rapa soup. This is the perfect time for soups! Thanks to the allotment produce, I have few large pumpkins to use :). Steps 1. Simply roast and peel the pumpkin (it's much easier to peel them!) 2. Sauté some crushed garlic cloves and chopped ginger. Add the the roasted pumpkin and some vegetable stock. Boil for few minutes, blend and add the cime di rapa (turnip tops) cut in chunks. 3. After 10 minutes, finish with the gorgonzola, salt to taste, optionally some parmesan and crushed chillies or back pepper. 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙞𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙖𝙡𝙬𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛 It blows my mind the amount of money I have spent treating my body terribly, such as smokes, alcohol, fast food. I remember before I fully committed to my health and fitness, I was too cheap and didn’t think it was necessary or I was worth the money to go all in. I started with just a fitness membership which cost me all of $99, which is nothing. This was equal to a night out at my local pub, a month worth of smokes or two weeks’ worth of eating out at fast food places. How crazy is that? Earlier this year, I decide I was worth it. I fully committed to my health and fitness for a whole $200. This was the best thing I’ve done all year. I am worth it. I think it took me spending that money solely on myself to realize this and it has been one of the reasons that I have kept to it. I have made myself a priority and it feels great. I truly have not noticed the difference in my bank account each month as I have changed my priorities with how I spend my money. Remember, you are worth it and you should not let yourself think any other way. There are less than 6 weeks left in this decade. Yes, read that again. How do you want to spend it? Why wait until the new year to become healthier, fitter, happier, stronger? Wouldn’t it feel good to have a head start on your goals or have a workout routine in place by the start of the new year? I still have room in my Holiday Hustle bootcamp. You will learn how to enjoy yourself and still have fun during the holidays in a healthy way. You will get lots of simple healthy recipes that you can make for your friends and family, bring to a party or just eat all to yourself while you binge watch tv on the couch. To make the date-pecan crust: Add to food processor and pulse until sticky and combined. Add to a parchment paper lined 6-6 pan & freeze while making the second layer. 8-10 pitted dates 1 cup pecans. . : . Yes!!! Those little waffles - so thoughtful ;).⁠ ⁠ I love waffles. I grew up on them as my dad was a professional waffle maker. He still is and I am hoping very much that Santa will bring me a waffle maker for Christmas.⁠ ⁠ I finally nailed the pancake recipe I was talking about a while back. You should see my freezer. There are so many pancakes in there. The paleo (grain-free) option was super easy and happened by accident and I am in love.⁠ ⁠ The vegan gluten-free option was a real grind. I think I will even do a couple more trials as I do not want anyone to have pancakes sticking to their pans! Such a hugh pet peeve of mine. So many of the recipes I used as inspiration did not turn out and they stuck to the pan- wow.⁠ ⁠ The old recipes I used to make that I thought I would just tweak and share with you - I do not enjoy anymore. I think they were from when I first went gluten-free and wanted just about anything that resembled a pancake ;). Now, I know gluten-free baking and cooking can be incredible!⁠ ⁠ The paleo recipe is done, edited and will be out very soon! The GF vegan one will be out in a week or two.⁠ ⁠ For the GF vegan pancake, I will provide an oat-free option as I know there are a few of you that have mentioned that oats are a no-fly zone.⁠ ⁠ Now, we just need to convert them to waffle recipes if Santa does me a solid and we will be set. Usually, you just need to add oil to transition pancakes to waffles and use a good waffle maker!!⁠ ⁠ If you have any suggestions on great waffle makers, please let me know in the comments below. 🤎CREMA CALIENTE DE FRIJOLES NEGROS🤎 Ingredientes: 5 pers 250 gramos de frijol negro 1 cebolla 6 cucharadas de aceite 4 tomates rojos 50 gramos de queso añejo totopos o tortilla de maíz frita en tiras Sal al gusto Elaboración: Cocer los frijoles en una olla exprés con la cebolla y el agua. Licuar los frijoles con el agua y sacar la cebolla. Asar los tomates en la sartén. Licuar los tomates y la cebolla anterior. Añadir aceite de oliva. Agregar los frijoles triturados con el tomate y la cebolla. Sal Y decorar con nata fresca y espesa por encima de la sopa. Y por último utilizar totopos o freír la tortilla de maíz y ponerla en tiras. Пирог-решётка со шпинатом и фетой◾Lattice pie with spinach and feta 🥧 Я вернулась😅И хочу поделиться рецептом этого вкуснейшего пирога, ингредиенты➡️800 г шпината, 150 г феты, 2 ст.ложки сметаны, 30 г слив.масла, 2 яйца, специи - соль, перец, розмарин и зира😊Тесто: 250 г пшеничной муки, 200 г сливочного масла, 4 ст.ложки сметаны, разрыхлитель и немного соли. Всё что тебе понадобится это➡️ 1) замесить тесто, скатать в шар, завернуть в пищевую плёнку и отправить в холодильник 2) в сковороде растопить сливочное масло, затем добавить шпинат, готовить до уменьшения в объёме 3) взбить яйца+сметану, затем добавить шпинат, фету и специи 4) тесто делим на 2 части👉одна немного больше другой👉большую часть раскатываем, выкладываем в форму, сверху начинку👉вторую часть теста раскатываем, нарезаем на полоски и в виде решётки покрываем пирог сверху 5) ставим в разогретую духовку ( 180 градусов ) на 60-80 минут ⏰ Приятного аппетита 😋 P.S Забирай рецепт и чувствуй гастрооргазм 🤤 ______________________________________________ I came back😅And I want to share the recipe of this delish pie, ingredients➡️800 g of spinach, 150 g of feta, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 30 g of butter, 2 eggs, spices - salt, pepper, rosemary and zira😊Dough: 250 g of wheat flour, 200 g of butter, 4 tablespoons of sour cream, baking powder and some salt.
